Our goal is to provide quality care to you in a prompt and efficient manner. You can help us achieve our goal by checking in at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. This time will be used to verify your insurance, verify your photo ID and complete any necessary paper work such as questionnaires.
We encourage you to ask questions during your routine scheduled visits. If you have urgent questions between visits, please call. Phone calls are typically returned at the end of scheduled patient visits/office hours the same day or the following morning before office hours begin. We do not practice medicine over the phone. If you are having a problem or need any prescriptions, you will need to make an appointment so that you can be examined and necessary care rendered.
